Water research is a fascinating field that has been making incredible discoveries about water and its ability to record and store information. Professor Rustum Roy of Penn State found the structure of water to be similar to a nervous system in its ability to respond to input, and within each of water’s clusters there are 440,000 information panels capable of recording and storing information. When exposed to benevolent and harmonic input, the water crystals create beautiful snowflake-like shapes, as shown in Dr. Masuru Emoto’s well known work. To make a flower essence, fresh blossoms at their peak are floated on top of a bowl of pure water in sunlight, using the light from the sun as a catalyst for the blooms to release their life force into the water.

As they contain no physical plant parts or chemical constituents (when analyzed in labs they are literally only water preserved with a small amount of alcohol) they are safe for all ages and do not interfere with any medications or other healing modalities and are shown to be supportive when used in conjunction with other treatments. Unlike essential oils, they have no taste or smell and for those sensitive to alcohol can be used as a mist opposed to internal use.

They are shown to be beneficial during pregnancy, for dealing with addictions, hospice transitions, and even for children and animals!

In these hour-long sessions, first we begin by relieving stress and welcoming you into a healing space by offering a cup of hot tea and using some flower essences combined with essential oils for a sensory experience that sets the mood, as this time is for you and is a place you can relax and let it all go.

We will do a short meditation, discuss what is and is not working in your life and what goals you may have, and create a personalized flower essence formula for you to take home that lasts about a month.

When you run out of your formula or feel ready for the next one, come back in and we will take a look at what happened over the past month using different techniques such as targeted reflection questions, speed journaling, and meditation. We will reassess your goals and create a new formula for the next month.

If you stick with it and do Flower Essence Sessions regularly, amazing changes can occur, starting with immediate reduction of stress and anxiety and increase in joy, peace, and sense of well-being. Over time you can go deeper such as healing trauma, shifting lifelong unhealthy patterns, and so much more!
